Dr. Brian A. de Vries BBA, M.Div, ThM, Ph.D, is Principal and Lecturer. He is a minister of the Reformed Churches of South Africa (GKSA), sent as a missionary minister of the Heritage Reformed Congregations (HRC) of North America. He is also presently leading a church plant in Sunnyside Pretoria.

Rev. Isaac Maleke BA Hon., B.Th, is Deputy Principal and Lecturer. He is the senior pastor of International Assemblies of God in Tweefontein and the Chairperson of the Board of Mukhanyo Community Development Centre (MCDC). He is also currently doing his Masters in Biblical Counselling. He is married and blessed with three children.

Rev. Thabiso Moeketsi BA Hon. (in Theology), is a Lecturer of primarily New Testament and Director of Student Affairs. He serves as a pastor and board member of Christ Church which is within the local community. He is married and blessed with a son.

Alwyn Bezuidenhout, MA, Ph.D Candidate, is a Lecturer of Missiology, Symbolism and Communications. He serves as Church planter for the Reformed Churches of South Africa in Eersterust. He has been involved in theological education in several areas of Africa and Asia. He resides in Pretoria with his wife and son.
Dr. P.J. (Flip) Buys, BA, BTh, ThM and ThD, founded Mukhanyo Theological College in 1994. He is an ordained minister in the Reformed Churches in South Africa since 1973. After serving 2 churches as pastor he became a cross-cultural missionary in 1984. He has planted and lead several churches in Sharpeville and vicinity and also in KwaMhlanga and vicinity. In 2003 he was the co founder of Mukhanyo Community Development Centre with the slogan Masibambisane (Zulu for: Let us bear the burden together). MCDC is now taking care of 1500 orphans and more than 500 HIV AIDS patients with home based care and child care programs in 5 day care centres, a Foster Mother and a Support a Family programme. MCDC also runs a peer education program, teaching a value based life skills curriculum, now touching the lives of 400 teenagers. MCDC also runs the Nakekela (Zulu for Caring) palliative care centre where terminally ill patients are cared for physically as well as spiritually with 24 hour medical care, counseling and advice. In 2010 MCDC also started an Independent Christian School with the name Mukhanyo Christian Academy. Dr. Buys was a founding member of Training of Pastors International Coalition (TOPIC) in Manilla in 1999 and of World Reformed Fellowship in 2000. He has recently been appointed as the Associate International Director of WRF and vice chairperson of the Board of Directors of WRF. He serves as an adjunct professor of Missions at the North-West University in Potchefstroom. He has published several elementary textbooks on practical evangelism, the skill of preaching Christ centered redemptive sermons, and Christian family life in Africa. Several articles in academic journals on church growth, pastoral handling of HIV AIDS stigmatization and the need for holistic theological training in Africa from his pen, has also been published in accredited theological journals. He and his wife Hanneke have been married for 41 years and they have two adult children and 1 granddaughter.
Dr. Paul Kruger, BA, ThD, Doctorandus in Theology, is a Lecturer of Dogmatics, Ethics and Philosophy since 1996. He is a retired pastor of the Reformed Church of Meyerspark, Pretoria after 40 years in the ministry. Paul is involved in the work of Theological Society of South Africa and presents papers at some of their annual meetings. He is married and blessed with four sons and several grandchildren.

Malwande Mdonga, BTh., is a Lecturer of Old Testament. He serves as a Pastor of Sunnyside Reformed Multi-Ethnic Church. He is currently completing his Honours degree at Mukhanyo.
Dr. Arthur Miskin, BSc., MBchB, MMed O&G, MDiv, is a lecturer in the department of Practical Theology. Subjects he teaches include Pastoral Theology, Homiletics and Practical Preaching. In addition, he has also been tasked with teaching Hermeneutics, Old Testament Introduction and Old Testament Exegesis. He is the pastor of the Rietvallei Gereformeerde Kerk, English ward (called and seconded to this task by the Heritage Reformed Congregation of Burgessville, Canada). Dr. Miskin also assists Candidate Oupa Nkoana with church planting activity in the Hammanskraal area, just north of Pretoria. He serves as member of the Board of directors for MCDC, and together with his wife, Dr. Sonja Miskin, he is involved in developing an Old Age Home project in the KwaMhlanga area with the help of Word and Deed Canada, an international Christian aid organisation. Arthur and Sonja are blessed with three children.
Rev. Kgwadu Tebogo Mogale, BA Hon., is a Lecturer of Ethics, Practical Preaching and Systematic Theology as well as Chairperson of the Board for Mukhanyo Theological College. He serves as Pastor the Free Reformed Church in Mamelodi. He is married and blessed with two children.
Dr. Peter Nagel, BTh., MDiv. MTh., MA, is a lecturer of both Greek and Hebrew and is an Executive Member of the New Testament Society of South Africa. He is married to Marzanne.
Rev. Ngoy Nsenga, BA, BTh, is a Lecturer of Bible Interpretation and Church History. He is a previous pastor of two Reformed churches in the Congo and also a previous Lecturer at the Reformed College in Lubumbashi. He is the author of several books in the French language including The Congolese Christian and Democracy, as well as The Prayer and has done a revision of the Heidelberg Catechism in Kiswahili Congo. He is married to Fifi and is blessed with six children.
Dr. Gerhard J. Oosthuizen, BA, MBA, DBA, is a Lecturer at Mukhanyo since 1994. He teaches Church Leadership, Administration, Christian Teaching Skills, Study Skills and English. He is an Elder at Brooklyn Gereformeerde Kerk. He is married to Rika for 54 years and is blessed with two daughters and four grandchildren.

Rev. John L. Carson, M.Div. (RTS), Ph.D. (Aberdeen) - Dr. Carson (ordained 1973) has pastored two churches in the Charlotte, NC, area and was a professor of historical theology at Erskine Theological Seminary. He later served as president of Erskine College and Seminary. He has co-edited To Glorify and Enjoy God (Banner of Truth) and also serves World Witness as the pastoral counsellor for the Secular Europe field. He lives in Flat Rock, NC.
Rev. David G. Galletta, M.Div. (Gordon-Conwell) D. Min. (Covenant), Ph.D. (candidate), served for five years in Moscow, Russia, as a theological educator before joining MT3. He was ordained in 1992 and has been a pastor in Edmonton and Maryland, the latter with a very multi-cultural urban congregation. He currently resides in Silver Spring, Maryland and has taught in Mexico, Africa and Eastern Europe. He has pastored at Crestwood Presbyterian Church, Edmonton, Alberta (1992-1996) and was associate at Presbyterian Church of the Atonement (1996-2001). He is married and has three daughters.
Rev. Jack C. Whytock, M.Th, Ph.D, is the Team Leader for MT3 and has taught and lectured in Eastern Europe, Africa, Asia, and North and South America. He was ordained in 1988 and has been a church planter and pastor. In addition, he has been involved in theological education since 1994 as Dean of Haddington House. He is editor of the Haddington House Journal and has authored over one hundred articles and An Educated Clergy (Paternoster, 2007). He resides in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada and has been with MT3 since its inception in 2003. He is the author of several books and an editor of others.
